Our Swim Gym sessions are designed for children who have completed their swimming lessons and want to stay active, improve fitness, and continue developing swimming skills. Each week, children take part in structured exercises to enhance stamina, strength, technique, and overall water confidence.

Sessions are fun and dynamic, incorporating games, relays, and challenges to keep children engaged while maintaining a focus on fitness. Small class sizes ensure each child receives attention and support from our instructors.
