For babies from 3 months old, our intimate 30‑minute weekly sessions (maximum 4 babies per class) are designed to help you and your little one enjoy the water together. You’ll be in the pool with them, so you’ll swim alongside, support them and share the experience. Our instructor will guide both of you through gentle songs, playful movements, safe entry and exit from the water, and water‑familiarity activities that build confidence and early aquatic skills.

Every baby not yet toilet‑trained must wear a swim nappy (or for best protection, a double nappy system) to keep the pool safe and clean. Parents/carers must also be in the water, dressed in appropriate swimwear, ready to get active with their baby.

Please come prepared with:
• A fitting swim nappy (and/or neoprene cover if you wish) for your baby
• Your own towel and a change of comfy clothes afterwards (because wet jeans are never fun!)
• Your own toiletries we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or wet bags
• We supply all flotation equipment you’ll need
