Our structured programme for children aged 3+ runs from Stage 1 to Stage 7. Small class sizes (max 6; Stage 1 max 5) ensure personalised attention. Parents can sit poolside to watch their child but do not enter the water. Lessons focus on building confidence, floating, kicking, submersion, stroke technique, and water safety.

Please bring:
• Swim cap and goggles
• Towel and a change of clothes for after the session
• Any personal toiletries – shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and wet bags are not provided
• Flotation equipment is provided
